Feta Brushcetta

1 Small loaf of french bread
4 diced tomatoes
2 chopped green onions
1 cup feta cheese
3 chopped basil leaves

Slice the bread spread with extra virgin olive oil. Broil for 1 minute each side or grills. (I did mine on a panini grill). Mix the tomato, onion, feta and basil in a bowl. Spoon over the grilled bread.
